What you will do

• Support AML/KYC administration by gathering and recording evidence for source of funds and wealth.
• Perform regular horizon scanning to implement relevant regulatory outcomes proactively.
• Manage SAR and data protection administration, including collating evidence for breach assessments.
• Prepare reports, draft guidance notes, and perform data analysis for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance registers, dashboards, and audit trails using technological tools.
• Coordinate cyclical processes and support the creation of a compliance learning programme.

Requirements

• Experience in a law firm or other regulated environment.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC, SRA requirements, and data protection basics.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Trustworthiness when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Poole for hybrid work.
