Focus on advising stakeholders on product governance, ensuring alignment with UCITS and Central Bank of Ireland requirements, and championing sound compliance practices.

Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office required).

What you will do

• Serve as a key Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF business.
• Review new product proposals and advise on regulatory considerations for product launches.
• Monitor and assess regulatory developments impacting the ETF industry.
• Review investor-facing materials, including PRIIPs KIDs and product documentation.
• Deliver training sessions on regulatory developments and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Distribution teams to promote effective risk management.

Requirements

• Proven compliance experience within the asset management industry.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, ETF products, and regulatory frameworks (especially Ireland/UCITS).
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business advice.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Must be able to work from the London office 4 days per week.
