What you will do

• Serve as the UK Personal Management Licence holder and primary interface with the UK Gambling Commission.
• Act as MLRO, overseeing suspicious activity reporting to the National Crime Agency.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks, including AML/CTF, Safer Gambling, and Consumer Protection policies.
• Lead cyclical compliance monitoring programs and ensure timely resolution of regulatory issues.
• Provide strategic compliance advice to senior leadership and cross-functional project teams.
• Represent the business at key industry forums such as BGC and GBGA.

Requirements

• Mandatory: UKGC Personal Management Licence (PML) holder or eligible to apply.
• Extensive senior-level experience in UK online gambling compliance.
• Expert knowledge of the Gambling Act 2005, LCCP, and MLR 2017.
• Proven track record as an MLRO or deputy MLRO.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Ability to work from Gibraltar or the UK.
