What you will do

• Own the compliance processes and the firm's monitoring programme.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework to support rapid business growth.
• Manage FinCrime matters, including AML and KYC protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, specifically the FCA and SEC.
• Develop and implement the firm's risk framework.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Compliance Generalist within an FCA Regulated environment or a consulting firm supporting such entities.
• Must be based in or be able to work in London.
• Experience in fund finance, private credit, or alternative investments.
• Proven ability to confidently deal with regulators and high-level stakeholders.
