What you will do

• Own the compliance processes and monitoring programme.
• Build and maintain a compliance framework with business lines and external advisors.
• Support financial crime matters, including AML and KYC.
• Liaise with the FCA and SEC when required.
• Develop the firm's risk framework.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance generalist roles within an FCA-regulated environment or a consulting environment supporting FCA-regulated firms.
• Experience dealing confidently with regulators and stakeholders.
• Experience with fund finance, private credit, or alternative investments is highly valuable.
