What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Manage technical onboarding and implementation, serving as the primary engineering contact for customers.
• Drive platform adoption and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI to C-level executives.
• Automate routine tasks like RFPs and sandbox provisioning using AI agents and internal platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions, Customer, or Sales Engineering.
• Expertise in web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for C-suite interaction.
• Must be authorized to receive software/technology controlled under U.S. export laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom integration scripts.
