What you will do

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for cloud-hosted applications and services.
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Assist with scheduled upgrades and patching across platforms.
• Support SSL certificate renewals and DNS configurations using Cloudflare.
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Collaborate on PowerFAIDS upgrades and Sonis SaaS updates across client environments.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, Microsoft Server administration, and Networking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.
