Senior Cloud Network Engineer: Maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of cloud and on-site network infrastructure for organization and its clients with an accent on managing hybrid environments, configuring firewalls, and implementing SD-WAN solutions. Focus on cloud network administration and automation, on-premise Cisco networking, and providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.

Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, conhirify.global, and support virtual networks, routing, VPNs, and load balancing in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deploy, conhirify.global, and manage Cisco switching and wireless solutions.
• Conhirify.global and manage firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto).
• Implement and support SD-WAN technologies for secure, optimized wide-area connectivity.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients on network-related issues.
• Ensure cloud networking aligns with enterprise security and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and cloud administration.
• Solid experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform networking components; Cisco switching (Layer 2/3) and wireless infrastructure; and firewall configuration and management.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, etc.).
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, NetFlow).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications, such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer.
• Experience working in hybrid IT environments (on-prem + cloud).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and secure cloud networking principles.
• Early stage start up experience.
