What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for banking clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.
• Define program scopes, manage implementation plans, and oversee project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor account health, risks, and dependencies using CRM tools to ensure project momentum.
• Present regular account reviews and QBRs to clients, highlighting value realization and growth opportunities.
• Advocate for client needs internally to influence product roadmaps and service improvements.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in enterprise client leadership, program management, or implementation delivery in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of leading multi-phase, large-scale cross-functional technical programs.
• Deep knowledge of core banking platforms, API integrations, and digital transformation trends.
• Expertise in project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools like Jira, Asana, and Salesforce.
• Executive presence with the ability to interface with C-level stakeholders and translate technical details into business value.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
