Implementation Consultant Senior Manager (Financial SaaS)

Location: Remote within specified U.S. locations, including California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, DC

Base salary: $117,000–$221,500 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Implementation Consultants responsible for hirify.global Enterprise Suite deployments.
• Develop scalable deployment strategies covering system configuration, data migration, technical go-live, and implementation quality.
• Manage operational frameworks and performance metrics related to productivity, delivery excellence, time-to-value, feature adoption, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Engineering from contract close through go-live and post-implementation adoption.
• Provide data-driven client and process insights to influence product improvements.
• Oversee deployment risks and escalations while promoting technical excellence and accounting expertise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management.
• Experience with complex mid-market B2B financial software, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
• Expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams through organizational and product change.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strategic planning, change management, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and analytics experience.

Nice to have

• Active Tax Credential such as Enrolled Agent or CPA, or an equivalent advanced accounting certification.
• Direct experience with hirify.global Enterprise Suite or a comparable accounting or ERP platform.
