What you will do

• Manage strategic deployments end-to-end, including timelines, adoption, and customer relationships.
• Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities across accounts to grow net ARR.
• Analyze transcripts, audit logs, and prompts to explain agent behavior to technical and compliance teams.
• Develop, test, and deploy prompt and logic changes as customer workflows and requirements evolve.
• Build and maintain an AI-powered CSM layer and a world-class ticketing system.
• Collaborate with engineering to prototype internal tooling and end-of-day reporting systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco (On-site).
• 4+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience building LLM agents and understanding evaluations.
• Proficiency with API documentation, webhooks, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders across operations, compliance, and product teams.
