Vice President, Financial Delivery (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead a unified delivery organization spanning implementation, verification, and project management for site and patient payments.
• Own end-to-end delivery quality and manage executive-level client escalations globally.
• Manage P&L performance, COGS per study, and resource capacity forecasting to ensure cost-efficient scaling.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered and agentic delivery tools to enable proactive operational decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, payment-workflow integrity, and accuracy standards across all operations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across other product lines (Travel, RTSM, eCOA) to ensure a consistent client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading a delivery organization of 75+ people with direct P&L or cost-center ownership.
• Leadership experience in a regulated industry, with strong preference for life sciences or payments expertise.
• Experience integrating fragmented delivery organizations into a single operating model.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, PE-backed, growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–25% of the time.
