What you will do
- Define and execute the strategic vision for client delivery aligned with organizational growth.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for complex client projects, serving as an executive sponsor for strategic relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of delivery professionals and managers.
- Partner with product and technology teams to evolve delivery frameworks and onboarding experiences.
- Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to eliminate bottlenecks and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support client renewals and expansion strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in client delivery, implementation, or customer success within SaaS or B2B technology.
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Familiarity with mortgage, financial services, or real estate technology industries.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
