What you will do

• Produce high-quality investor materials, including earnings releases, presentations, and Board reporting.
• Monitor stock performance, ownership trends, and trading dynamics to advise executive leadership on valuation.
• Build and interpret valuation frameworks (DCF, trading comparables, sum-of-the-parts) to inform messaging.
• Maintain and manage strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Coordinate high-impact investor events, including the annual investor meeting and conferences.
• Partner on corporate responses to high-stakes situations such as major transactions or activist engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, equity research, investment banking, or institutional investing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Experience in media, telecommunications, or technology sectors strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples) and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
