Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do

• Support the execution of the investor relations program and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, including presentations, scripts, and FAQs.
• Monitor and summarize sell-side research, peer performance, and market trends.
• Maintain shareholder databases and support investor targeting initiatives.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
• Partner with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams to ensure consistent external messaging.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial modeling and valuation.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg or FactSet.
• Interest in digital assets, fintech, or financial markets.
