Vendor Credit Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and accounts to keep balances current within 90 days.
• Manage collections for CO-OP advertising, price protection, returns, and accruals.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes through communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Submit claims via vendor portals and apply payments to assigned invoices upon receipt.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendor accounting teams and internal Product Management.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formatting.
• High accuracy in data entry and verification of information.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Professional communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
