What you will do

• Code and post expense payables for multiple locations.
• Manage the MSS AP mailbox and vendor statements.
• Process and manage store use tickets and vendor invoices.
• Request credits from select vendors in accordance with special pricing agreements.
• Collaborate with the AP clerk and company personnel to support special projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum two years of college education with a focus in Accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
