Location: Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in office (Salt Lake City, UT), remote on Friday
Salary: $62,000 – $70,000

What you will do
- Analyze and explain portfolio performance results and conduct detailed account-level reconciliation.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and custodians into financial reporting and aggregation tools.
- Manage client onboarding, account setup, training, and day-to-day technical support.
- Perform software maintenance and system configuration, including asset classification and custom report creation.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to resolve system data issues and implement enhancements.
- Develop operational policies, procedures, and controls to increase effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field.
- Must be based in or able to work from Salt Lake City, UT.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts and experience with any type of programming.
- Knowledge of liquid investments (Equities, Bonds, ETFs) and alternative investments.
- Proven ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, or similar tools.
