Associate Client Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be physically located in the US

Salary: $69,800–$84,000 yearly, with possible sales-based or performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Partner with customers to define objectives, maximize client value, and build strong long-term relationships.
• Analyze complex business issues using hirify.global solutions, syndicated data, and industry knowledge.
• Develop proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations for customers.
• Lead client presentations and communicate the value of hirify.global solutions.
• Identify partnership opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Support customer growth, adoption, outcome delivery, and forecasted revenue achievement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CPG, retail, market research, analytics, or consulting.
• Advanced data analysis and synthesis skills, including working with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and solving business problems.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, adaptability, and critical thinking skills.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar platforms, syndicated data, and retail measurement tools.
• Category management experience.
