Product Reporting Analyst (Fixed Income)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week.

Base salary: USD 80,000–150,000 per year, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management and the Client Group to understand investment approaches, client reporting needs, and applicable reporting guidelines.
• Develop expertise in an assigned suite of fixed income products and produce product-level client content.
• Write performance attribution and commentary, tailor portfolio positioning and outlook text, and answer product-related questions.
• Produce recurring product materials, including marketing presentations, institutional fact sheets, and product summaries.
• Peer-review client deliverables for accuracy and data reasonability.
• Lead the production of customized client reporting and serve as an internal subject matter expert for Client Operations.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials and 3+ years of professional experience in investment management or marketing communications.
• Strong capital markets, investment, and product knowledge, particularly in fixed income.
• Excellent quantitative and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple assignments and strict, competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with internal and external systems and databases, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as a team player.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CMA, or CAIA qualification, or progress toward one of these qualifications.
