Analyst - Insurance Solutions

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office for a minimum of two days per week

Salary: $72,300–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Support insurance clients during implementation and post-sale activities to increase solution adoption and business value.
• Create scalable processes, documentation, and operational tools for insurance products and customer engagements.
• Identify and develop automation opportunities using AI and other technologies.
• Analyze customer, product, and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Review performance with clients, provide consultative recommendations, and communicate Voice of the Customer insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and business teams on product enhancements and customer success initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in product management, technical consulting, business operations, solution consulting, or customer-facing support.
• Experience supporting insurance, financial services, or data-driven business solutions with client engagement and problem-solving responsibilities.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and creating scalable business processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, project management, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or data-driven process improvement solutions.

Nice to have

• Property and Casualty or Life Insurance industry experience.
• Client-facing consulting or enterprise customer success experience.
• Experience presenting Voice of the Customer insights to product and leadership teams.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification.
