Operations Analyst (Insurance)

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze payee and carrier network data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor client performance after go-live and refine projection models.
• Automate reporting tools and create clear visualizations for operational stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory analysis of user behavior, product trends, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate research requests with internal and external stakeholders and deliver findings on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, finance, marketing, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience working with large datasets and connecting to multiple data sources.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, writing, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, learn quickly, and operate in an ambiguous environment.
