What you will do
- Develop role-based training programs for the ATO Automation Platform, covering system administrators, security personnel, developers, and compliance staff.
- Conduct hands-on workshops focused on real-world compliance automation scenarios specific to customer environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge bases.
- Provide white-glove customer enablement throughout implementation phases.
- Establish governance processes for using AI-generated compliance artifacts and reviewing automated assessments.
- Facilitate cross-functional training between development and security teams to build shared understanding of compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a Technical concentration with at least 10 years of professional experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks and ATO processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse technical audiences.
- Experience developing technical training materials and documentation.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and software development lifecycles.
Nice to have
- Background as Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Security Control Assessor.
- Prior experience training federal government personnel on compliance topics.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their application to compliance use cases.
- Knowledge of instructional design tools and learning management systems.
- Understanding of multiple compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD SRG, NIST CSF).
