Location: Onsite in Columbia, MD office, supporting multiple customers in the Baltimore/Washington corridor and beyond.

What you will do

• Develop role-based training programs for the ATO Automation Platform, covering system administrators, security personnel, developers, and compliance staff.
• Conduct hands-on workshops focused on real-world compliance automation scenarios specific to customer environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge bases.
• Provide white-glove customer enablement throughout implementation phases.
• Establish governance processes for using AI-generated compliance artifacts and reviewing automated assessments.
• Facilitate cross-functional training between development and security teams to build shared understanding of compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a Technical concentration with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks and ATO processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse technical audiences.
• Experience developing technical training materials and documentation.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and software development lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Background as Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Security Control Assessor.
• Prior experience training federal government personnel on compliance topics.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their application to compliance use cases.
• Knowledge of instructional design tools and learning management systems.
• Understanding of multiple compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD SRG, NIST CSF).
