What you will do

• Lead the design and modernization of CMS sales training curriculum across onboarding and advanced development programs.
• Architect and deploy scalable digital learning ecosystems, including LMS platforms and AI-driven learning tools.
• Integrate artificial intelligence to personalize learning pathways and generate predictive performance insights.
• Develop data platforms and dashboards to connect training initiatives to field execution and business performance.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and elevate clinical expertise and value-based selling skills.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Medical Affairs to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Advanced Degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sales training, curriculum design, or L&D within medical device, pharma, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI or advanced digital technologies into training functions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
• Experience building scalable learning platforms and leveraging data to drive insights.
• Must be able to work from one of the specified US office locations.
