What you will do

• Unify distributed engineering efforts and own the plan to deliver high-profile tools and features for developers building on Alexa.
• Lead strategic initiatives across many teams, driving technical requirements, design, and delivery planning for successful launches.
• Write technical specifications and maintain program schedules from design through release.
• Provide clear status, communication, and transparency to enable leadership decision-making.
• Partner effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders to coordinate cross-team execution.
• Apply problem-solving and leadership to raise the bar for developer experience and program outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
