What you will do

• Manage incoming leads and requests to deliver competitive offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with business, education, and leisure partners.
• Draft and process rate agreements, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate partner data within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Community teams to align on rates and perks.
• Identify renewal and upselling opportunities through regular account check-ins.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of operational sales experience in a hotel or Meeting & Events setting.
• Post-secondary degree.
• Proven experience in partner relationship management and upselling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for contract handling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
