Account Manager (AI Localization)

Location: Rome, Italy; flexible remote work is available, but periodic presence at the Rome HQ is required.

Salary: €24,000–€44,000 per year, depending on experience, location, responsibilities, and performance.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with individual professionals and corporate clients.
• Convert inbound interest into suitable translation and localization solutions.
• Manage client portfolio health, satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
• Develop existing accounts through genuine understanding of client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective end-to-end client solutions.
• Track performance signals and use them to prioritize account development.

Requirements

• First experience working directly with end clients, ideally in selling services or a similar customer-facing role.
• Curious, flexible, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt when priorities change.
• Collaborative approach and experience working effectively with others.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language: Italian, German, or French.
• Comfort working with multicultural environments and diverse clients.
