TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Hospitality Tech): Expanding hirify.global' presence in the Italian market, managing online and in-person sales appointments, and proactively identifying new business opportunities with an accent on sales negotiation and achieving ARR targets. Focus on demonstrating value propositions, participating in trade fairs, and leveraging data for pipeline analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Location: Remote with frequent opportunities to meet up, focused on the Italian Market. Italian as a mother tongue is required.

What you will do

  • Manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects to demonstrate hirify.global' value proposition.
  • Participate in national trade fairs and events (1-2 per year) to organize on-site customer meetings.
  • Proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Analyze and interpret pipeline data using advanced sales tools to continuously improve strategies.
  • Reach and exceed monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets with an incentivizing bonus plan.
  • Support the sales team in expanding hirify.global' presence in the Italian market.

Requirements

  • Italian as a mother tongue.
  • English: B2 level required for effective understanding and interaction.
  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Team player with a winning mentality and desire to consistently exceed monthly quotas.
  • Data-driven thinking with skills in analyzing and interpreting data for decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely CRM updates.
  • High motivation to sell into the SMEs market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
  • Willingness to learn and receive on-field coaching sessions to improve sales skills.
