Director, Professional Services (AI Contract Intelligence)

Location: Candidates can be based anywhere in Germany; Frankfurt-based employees work in a hybrid model with two days per week in the Frankfurt office.

What you will do

• Lead and support complex customer and partner implementations across Europe.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, capacity, deliverables, and overall implementation health.
• Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage customer expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor on implementation best practices, solution adoption, and customer success.
• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation processes, methodologies, tools, and policies.

Requirements

• Experience delivering Professional Services in a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
• Strong project management or consulting background with proven success delivering large, complex implementation programs.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, customer relationship management, risk identification, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of successful go-lives and customer outcomes, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience implementing AI solutions, supporting digital transformation, and using AI-powered tools to improve implementation outcomes and customer value.
