What you will do

• Define and execute data and AI transformation roadmaps for external clients.
• Lead use case discovery and shape product backlogs for bespoke AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into architecture requirements for data and AI platforms.
• Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Support business development through the sales pipeline and proposal creation.
• Develop reusable consulting assets and represent the discipline as a thought leader.

Requirements

• University degree in business, STEM, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data & AI with broad literacy in current topics.
• At least 2 years of professional consulting experience.
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to pass a role-play exercise during the interview process.
• Strong fundamentals in project management, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, insurance, life sciences, or manufacturing sectors.
• Expertise in Responsible AI, Agentic AI, or Data Mesh.
