Senior Data & AI Consultant

What you will do

• Shape and deliver consulting engagements covering Data & AI strategy, transformation, bespoke AI solutions, and platform development.
• Identify high-impact use cases, assess organizational maturity, and define transformation roadmaps.
• Lead use-case discovery, shape product backlogs, guide delivery teams, and ensure solutions meet business and user expectations.
• Translate business and user needs into architecture requirements, service models, and operating models for data platforms and products.
• Structure complex engagements, steer delivery quality, and manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Support business development, develop proposals and reusable consulting assets, and represent the Data & AI discipline through content and professional events.

Requirements

• University degree in business, STEM, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Data & AI experience and at least 2 years of consulting experience with external clients.
• Hands-on experience across the Data & AI lifecycle, including strategy, governance, management, implementation, and production.
• Broad knowledge of Responsible AI, Agentic AI, Data Mesh, and synthetic data.
• Experience with structured problem-solving, project management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, and proposal development.
• Fluent German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with an interview role-play exercise is required.
