What you will do

• Reconcile revenues and payments from the Property Management System (PMS) with bank receivables.
• Verify account discrepancies by collaborating with sales, reservations, and hotel operations.
• Manage the accounts receivable process by chasing customers for outstanding invoice payments.
• Handle invoice disputes and perform credit checks for prospective new clients.
• Generate weekly and monthly aging reports for internal stakeholders.
• Process guest refunds and provide finance-related support to operations teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating PMS systems.
• Proactive mindset with high attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a growing and changing business environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Mews and/or NetSuite.
• Proficiency in a second language such as Dutch, Italian, French, or Spanish.
