Order 2 Cash Analyst (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Match revenues and payments recorded in the PMS with receivables received in company bank accounts.
• Investigate account discrepancies and resolve invoice disputes with sales, reservations, hotel, restaurant, guests, and other operational teams.
• Follow up on open customer invoices and process guest deposit refunds accurately and promptly.
• Perform credit checks for prospective clients before onboarding.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports and ad-hoc financial overviews.
• Audit daily revenue across PMS, F&B, and POS systems to verify settlement payouts against bank receipts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using PMS tools; Mews or NetSuite experience is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal departments and external partners.
• Curiosity and interest in improving daily finance routines.

Nice to have

• Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish language skills.
• Experience with Mews or NetSuite.
