Commercial Finance Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with two days per week in the Tower Bridge office in London (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Support budgeting and forecasting of KPIs and financial performance from P&L through EBITDA.
• Analyse current performance, business drivers, risks, and opportunities through reporting, stakeholder meetings, and ad hoc analysis.
• Prepare monthly cost-centre reporting and contribute to board presentations.
• Improve data consistency and reporting across business units using NetSuite and Tableau.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, product, technology, leadership, and finance stakeholders.
• Promote financial best practice and explain analysis to non-financial colleagues.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with one year of post-qualified experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating spreadsheet models.
• Strong ability to explain financial analysis to non-financial colleagues.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to identify outliers, trends, and errors.
• Robust analytical approach combined with strong collaboration and business partnering skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude.
• Proficiency with Tableau or SQL.
