Location: Hybrid, based in Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: €5,030 – €7,183 gross per month

What you will do

• Shape the strategic vision and roadmap for the ROP engineering journey.
• Translate organizational and developer needs into a coherent product strategy.
• Drive platform adoption and engagement across 160+ internal DevOps squads.
• Build and nurture the ROP community to improve creator experience.
• Optimize platform user journeys and streamline complex DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners across various bank tribes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Good command of both Dutch and English (C1 level).
• Strong focus on system adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to present compelling value propositions and build structure.
• Experience with platform engineering, microservices, or automation is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Netherlands (Hybrid).
