Product Manager (Automotive)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Automotive): Leading the discovery and development of Tolling and Enforcement products for the EU market with an accent on regulated product areas and B2B customer needs. Focus on transforming qualitative and quantitative customer insights into a measurable roadmap and optimizing the Product Operating Model.

Location: Must be based in the hirify.global office in Amsterdam; some travel to Madrid is expected.

What you will do

• Lead continuous customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to validate problems and pressure-test solutions.
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable outcomes rather than feature lists.
• Partner closely with technical leads and engineering squads to remove ambiguity and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Develop go-to-market strategies by informing pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
• Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries such as automotive, fleet, payments, or fintech.
• Proven track record of leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to work from the office in Amsterdam.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity in research, documentation, and prototyping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for storytelling and stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with vehicle titling, registration, tolling, or fleet management.
• Background working with large commercial or enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with product tooling such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
• Experience managing stakeholders in multi-jurisdiction regulatory environments.
