Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: €8,446 – €11,262 per month

What you will do

• Develop and implement the product vision and strategy for Customer Data IT products, including budget planning.
• Direct, guide, and coach 4 Product Owners within sub-teams to ensure alignment with OKRs.
• Manage a complex stakeholder landscape across Bank, Non-life, and Life & Pension Business Units.
• Oversee robust IT change delivery and ensure stable operational delivery of IT products.
• Collaborate with the Engineering manager to maintain high engineering practices and team development.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a product owner or project/program manager.
• Proven experience developing product strategy for business customers in the financial industry.
• Track record of reliable IT change delivery and stable operational delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• Experience directing and coaching team members and working with OKRs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from The Hague, Netherlands.

• Experience with SAP (BP) and its application in insurance company customer processes.
