What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and architecture for the Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite, defining data inputs and agent behaviors.
• Lead the rollout and drive field adoption of automated learning insights and proposals for Account Teams.
• Design content schemas, metadata, and chunking for the enablement knowledge base to ensure accurate, grounded agent outputs.
• Define predictive signals and triggers based on usage patterns and account health to surface enablement opportunities.
• Partner with technical teams to embed enablement calls-to-action and insights directly into field tools.
• Establish evaluation and quality loops to measure agent output accuracy and drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI systems, including RAG pipelines, agents, and LLM-powered workflows.
• Proven experience owning a product or system end-to-end, from requirements definition to field adoption.
• Ability to define metrics, run experiments, and use data dashboards to communicate business impact.
• Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams.

• Familiarity with the education technology or customer training landscape.
• Knowledge of how enablement and knowledge content must be structured for machine consumption (schemas, metadata).
