Financial Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Own budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare, manage, and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.
• Monitor working capital, profitability, margins, liquidity, and other key financial metrics.
• Identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze sales performance, cost structure, and business profitability to support strategic decisions.
• Improve financial reporting standards, processes, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role.
• Experience managing budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance to a management board.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ownership.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.
