What you will do

• Own the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.
• Monitor key financial metrics, focusing on working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.
• Proactively identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze sales performance and cost structures to support strategic business decision-making.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting and reporting.
• Experience reporting financial performance directly to executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
