Financial Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Yerevan, Armenia; the role overview also references Limassol.

International B2B iGaming technology and platform provider delivering turnkey and white-label solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators.

What you will do

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations across company entities.
• Prepare P&L forecasts and support monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors and support VAT and other compliance processes.
• Manage invoicing, payments, withdrawals, top-ups, bank reconciliations, and payment-system balances.
• Analyze financial data and improve or automate internal finance and accounting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, P&L, journal entries, and accruals.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and financial analysis functions.
• Practical experience with financial statements, reconciliations, invoicing, payment operations, and cash management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems; strong analytical skills, accuracy, ownership, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Big Four, iGaming, or international company experience.
• ACCA qualification or ongoing ACCA studies.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
