TL;DR
Finance Analyst (iGaming): Supporting FP&A, financial modelling, forecasting, and the onboarding and integration of a new social gaming brand with an accent on revenue, customer acquisition, LTV/CAC, margins, cash flow, and performance reporting. Focus on building standalone and consolidated models, analysing campaign and promotion ROI, and stress-testing business cases through Looker Studio and Tableau.
Location: Remote, Malta or Gibraltar

What you will do
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly management reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, customer acquisition, LTV/CAC, margins, and cash flow.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to evaluate campaign and promotion ROI and track acquisition, retention, and monetisation KPIs.
- Prepare board and shareholder reporting materials and deliver financial insights to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders.
- Support due diligence, integration planning, financial systems migration, KPI dashboards, and cost allocation for a new brand.
- Conduct scenario modelling and stress testing in Looker Studio and Tableau, support capital allocation analysis, and improve finance processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth digital businesses.
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools is preferred.
- Understanding of SaaS-style metrics, including LTV, CAC, ARPU, and cohort analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate proactively in a fast-paced, scaling business.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred; experience with M&A, integrations, or new market launches is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital, gaming, iGaming, social, subscription, or performance marketing businesses.
- Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or new market launches.
- Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification.
