Base Compensation Range: $117,000 - $146,000 USD

What you will do

• Conduct market pricing by participating in external surveys and evaluating competitive pay levels.
• Manage and update company salary structures, including pay grades and range midpoints.
• Classify new and existing job descriptions to recommend appropriate job levels and salary grades.
• Model financial costs for proposed merit increases and promotional guidelines using budget scenarios.
• Administer merit and bonus planning cycles, including tool configuration and data auditing.
• Prepare recurring compensation reports and dashboards for HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, and market pricing.
• Proficiency in HCM/HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet functions (nested lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with market pricing data aggregation software and business intelligence reporting tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and based in the Central or Eastern time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting pay equity analyses using regression-based statistical methods.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
