Location: Must be based in or near Sandy, UT (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Maintain HR data integrity across systems and ensure consistent reporting.
• Manage headcount reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Translate complex HR metrics into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Build and automate dashboards and executive presentations.
• Provide operational support to HR shared services and assist with employee requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and workforce planning needs.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or HR operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Sandy, UT to support the hybrid work model.
• Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.
