Salary: $94,000 - $117,500 USD

What you will do

• Collect and analyze compensation survey data to ensure market competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive processes.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on internal equity analysis and new hire offers.
• Ensure company compliance with statutory requirements and SOX regulations.
• Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for FLSA classification.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS system configuration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Curiosity and interest in applying AI tools to improve compensation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or Tableau.
• CCP certification.
• Interest in Fantasy Sports or Sports Gaming.
