What you will do

  • Establish and govern global compensation philosophy, strategy, and programs worldwide.
  • Serve as the primary compensation advisor to executive leadership and the Compensation Committee.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance global compensation team.
  • Design and administer salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and equity compensation.
  • Partner with Finance and HRIS to evaluate compensation investments and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with global pay transparency, equal pay, and executive disclosure regulations.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of progressive compensation experience, with significant experience in the technology industry.
  • 7+ years of experience leading compensation teams and developing professionals.
  • Extensive experience supporting compensation programs within a publicly traded company.
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation, including Board-level support and peer group assessments.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday, Bettercomp, and market pricing tools like Radford or WTW.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
  • Strong interest and desire to apply AI to compensation programs.
