What you will do
- Establish and govern global compensation philosophy, strategy, and programs worldwide.
- Serve as the primary compensation advisor to executive leadership and the Compensation Committee.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance global compensation team.
- Design and administer salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and equity compensation.
- Partner with Finance and HRIS to evaluate compensation investments and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with global pay transparency, equal pay, and executive disclosure regulations.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive compensation experience, with significant experience in the technology industry.
- 7+ years of experience leading compensation teams and developing professionals.
- Extensive experience supporting compensation programs within a publicly traded company.
- Deep expertise in executive compensation, including Board-level support and peer group assessments.
- Strong proficiency with Workday, Bettercomp, and market pricing tools like Radford or WTW.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
- Strong interest and desire to apply AI to compensation programs.
