What you will do

• Drive the adoption and ongoing development of Practice Areas to ensure consistent approaches across all teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and Practice Leaders.
• Coordinate Practice Area resources, activities, and key initiatives.
• Plan and deliver engaging events including workshops, meet-ups, and hackathons.
• Manage and improve knowledge-sharing platforms, documentation, and best practice resources.
• Act as the key liaison for ISO27001 compliance and governance processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK
• Proven experience in operations, community management, or people-focused roles.
• Strong ability to build trust and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in managing documentation, knowledge-sharing platforms, or compliance processes.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and outcome-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
