People Analytics Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Own and deliver the OneModel platform roadmap and drive business-wide adoption.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and self-service reporting for colleagues and senior leadership.
• Produce high-level reporting for the Executive Committee and Board.
• Partner with Finance to establish a single source of truth for workforce data.
• Improve data governance, reporting definitions, and documentation standards.
• Manage implementation partners, technology teams, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong experience in people analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Proven track record of implementing or developing enterprise people analytics platforms (e.g., OneModel, Visier, Workday).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience integrating data from multiple systems.
• Experience presenting complex insights to senior stakeholders and boards.
• Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and master data management.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with HiBob or Lever.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
