What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy and execution of complex B2C email campaigns.
• Design sophisticated, responsive email experiences using Figma.
• Write and refine persuasive email content, including subject lines, headlines, and CTAs.
• Present creative concepts and executive-ready rationales to senior stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for visual hierarchy, accessibility, and user-centered email design.
• Use performance data and experimentation results to guide creative decisions and improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in email marketing, digital design, or integrated marketing.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Figma or a comparable UI/UX design platform.
• Proven experience designing and leading B2C email campaigns and owning the creative lifecycle.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced email design and strategic ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in an advertising or creative agency.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, and customer-journey communications.
• Experience with email accessibility and responsive-design standards.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project-management platforms.
