What you will do

• Conduct market pricing through external surveys and job matching to evaluate competitive pay levels.
• Review and update salary structures, pay grades, and range midpoints to maintain internal equity.
• Classify job descriptions into appropriate levels and grades while auditing HRIS data for accuracy.
• Model the financial cost of merit increases and promotional guidelines using budget scenarios.
• Administer annual merit and bonus planning cycles, reconciling expenditures with Finance.
• Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and pay equity analyses for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, and market pricing.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (nested lookups, pivot tables) and HCM systems.
• Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools for data aggregation.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting pay equity analyses using regression-based statistical methods.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
