What you will do

• Own end-to-end payroll and pension processes, ensuring legislative compliance and accurate reporting.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and CoWork to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance processes, including CQC and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Manage UKVI sponsorship administration and ensure ongoing compliance with immigration requirements.
• Develop people analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the business.
• Administer employee share option schemes and coordinate effectively with Finance and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in People Operations, specifically in governance, compliance, and audit activities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to produce meaningful insights from people data.
• Experience managing employee benefits and share option schemes.
• Ability to manage external supplier relationships and contracts effectively.
