Location: Hybrid (Nottingham, UK) - 40% office based

What you will do

• Partner with business areas to deliver People Plans and manage employment and legal risks.
• Handle complex and escalated ER cases across UK&I with minimal supervision.
• Coach and advise managers up to Executive level on all employee relations aspects.
• Collaborate with HRBPs on structural changes, including redundancies and TUPE projects.
• Lead the hirify.global People Forum to ensure compliance with collective consultation regulations.
• Manage the DSAR process to ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee relations and advising on employment regulations.
• Experience supporting organizational restructuring and change management.
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience developing line manager skills through coaching and mentoring.
• Must be based in the UK to support the Nottingham office.
