What you will do

• Manage and coach the Corporate SE team, handling performance reviews and professional development.
• Direct technical sales strategies and guide complex Proof of Value (PoV) evaluations.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Establish and maintain team KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee technical training programs for sales staff and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of people management experience, including remote teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture and the threat landscape.
• Proven track record of driving complex technical sales cycles.
• Expertise in security tools, malware analysis, and threat detection.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or CEH.
• Prior experience with CrowdStrike products and services.
