Location: Remote, based in the TOLA region (US), with up to 75% travel required.

Salary: $210,000–$238,000 (base salary only).

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the sales engineering team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and R&D teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and trusted resource for customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and technical proposals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales engineering or a related technical role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Previous experience with Cloud, TDR, CASB, DLP, or data security.
  • Strong knowledge in one of the three major cloud provider environments (AWS and/or Azure preferred) related to roles/permissions/API.
  • Fundamental understanding of ML/AI, Data Regulatory Frameworks, Privacy, and Data Retention programs.
  • Fundamental network & database experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% to support sales efforts and customer engagements.
